With over three decades of leadership and ministry, Tony has raised up dozens of leaders, launched a community-based resource center dedicated to leadership development, and founded a school that trained students in the art of preaching and communication.

He is the Founder and CEO of Married for Life, a marriage coaching organization that has impacted hundreds of couples, and the Founder and CEO of Equipping for Life Network, which equips leaders and organizations for growth and long-term impact.

Tony is an organizational consultant, tactical thinker, motivational speaker and trainer, and certified Life & Marriage Coach.

He has served as a mentor, coach, and trusted resource to leaders, pastors, and business owners across the country and internationally.

Married to his wife, Susan, for 33 years, Tony is the proud father of five children and grandfather of five.
